Canadian teenage swimming sensation keeps on breaking records
16-year-old Canadian swimmer Summer McIntosh history not once but three times in a single week. First, on Tuesday, she shattered the world record in the 400m freestyle at the Canadian swim trials. However, McIntosh didn’t stop there. She went on to set a World Junior Record in the 200m Butterfly, completing the distance in an impressive 2:04:70. Finally, to cap off her triumphant week, McIntosh set another world record in the 400m individual medley, finishing with a time of 4:25.87.
